We had a great family vacation this year at Surf City.  Kara was thrilled at seeing the ocean for the first time and she loved it more than her bath.  I think it was the endless amount of sand, shells, and water that made for great entertainment.  Kara also got to hang out with her Great-Grandmother.

Here are a few photos from our 4th of July.  Kara loved her fireworks headbank, but we opted for the normal kind to watch the parade in.

We made it to the pool earlier in the summer so Kara could try out something a little bigger than her bath tub.  She loved it.  The only thing is, when her bath toy floats away, it really floats away!

We got to meet Kara’s cousin Lindsay right after she was born.  I know they are going to be great friends growing up together!
